TTCL, Alcatel-Lucent ink transformation deal
Tanzania Telecommunication Company Limited (TTCL) and a French global telecommunications equipment company, Alcatel-Lucent, have signed a three-year frame agreement that will see telecommunication company’s networks undergoing a transformation exercise.
