UN-ICTR Bids Farewell to Rwanda

Senior officials of the Arusha-based United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (UN-ICTR) last week visited Kigali, Rwanda to bid farewell to the people and Government of Rwanda, the diplomatic community and other stakeholders who have supported the work of the Tribunal in its 21 years of operation. The Tribunal will be closing its doors on 31 December 2015.
