UN to host new Libya peace talks next week

The African union has announced the official commencement of a new round of negotiations between the Sudanese government and the rebels in the Ethiopian capital of Addis Ababa on November 18.

Rana Jawad reports on the controversy surrounding the UN's outgoing envoy to Libya and the challenge facing his newly appointed successor.

The UN-backed government says it cannot continue at the negotiations if it is under bombardment.
