Voter BVR kit price now cut to Sh149bn

The National Electoral Commssion (NEC) has finally explained what really inflated the tender for the Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) kits by a whopping $39 million (Sh65 billion)—from $78 million to $117 million (Sh196 billion).
