War on graft: Role of individuals and institutions
The fight against corruption is not entirely about law but institutional failure and individual responsibility. The outrage on the rampant graft in the Kenyan government lately, is alarming. Large sections of opinions from different cadres of life are voicing their condemnation of the contagion.
