Why is sexual harassment so bad in Egypt?

>A man saunters into the bar and makes the most obnoxious, sexually lurid utterances you heard in eons directed to a waitress. The girl seems to like it or if she doesn’t, she does not show it. What puzzles me is that instead of reacting negatively to it, she joins the rest in laughter.
