The national chairman of the Civic United Front (CUF), Prof Ibrahim Lipumba, was yesterday charged at the Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court with incitement on a day of high drama around the city.

A couple, Mr Haruna Lugeye and Ms Mwajumbe Bakari, have been charged at Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court with several counts, including terrorism.
