Woman arraigned over Sh47m theft

A procurement officer, Ms Flora Ntubika, yesterday appeared at the Kisutu Resident Magistarte’s Court charged with stealing 55,571 rims of paper worth over Sh47 million, the property of the Government Procurement Service Agency (GPSA).
