World Bank approves Sh525bn for Dar
The World Bank’s board of executive directors has approved $300 million (about Sh525 billion) development financing to directly improve key services for about half a million people in Dar es Salaam. The credit is from the high-concessional International Development Association (Ida) and it targets the new Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project (DMPD).
