Zitto committee wants Lebanese sued over ATCL

>The parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC) yesterday urged the ministry of Transport to look into possibilities of filing a case for breach of contact against a Lebanese citizen who leased an aeroplane to the Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) and then took it before the contract term expired.
