A DAR ES SALAAM businessman, Cresence Nguzo, appeared before the Kisutu Resident Magistrate's Court charged with attempting to kill a traffic police officer, who was controlling traffic jams along Bibi Titi Mohamed and Ali Hassan Mwinyi roads.
