Wagon scandal boils
Dodoma. Kigoma South MP David Kafulila has written to Speaker Anne Makinda calling for a report on the controversial purchase of the Sh238 billion wagons to be tabled in Parliament. He said at a press conference yesterday that he was concerned about tender irregularities, payments and vetting of the company, and the quality of the wagons.
