Benedict Mwasyika (not his real name) is a dejected man. He is disappointed because for a third year running he has not been able to get what is worth he has invested in his paddy farm. Like many other residents of Mbarali District in Mbeya Region, Mr Mwasyika, depends on paddy farming.
