Credit to govt for Shinyanga water project, says Magufuli
CCM presidential candidate John Magufuli said yesterday that the brains behind the project to supply Shinyanga Region with water from Lake Victoria was the government and that his Chadema counterpart Edward Lowassa was only mandated to oversee it.
