DPP moves to top Court over ruling
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has filed a notice of appeal to challenge the decision by the Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court to grant bail to Mr Benedict Ngonyani who is charged with publishing false information involving the Chief of Defence Forces, General Davis Mwamunyange.
