EACJ lower court faulted over Serengeti road case
The Appellate Division of the East African Court of Justice (EACJ) has poked holes in the regional bloc’s lower court for entertaining a case against a controversial plan by the Tanzania government to construct a tarmac road across Serengeti National Park.

>Tanzania has lost a case on the proposed highway across the Serengeti National Park filed by a Nairobi-based animal welfare organisation.
