East African Legislative Assembly, Arusha, August 21, 2014: The East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) resumes business next week holding its Plenary in Karimjee Hall, Dar es Salaam. The Plenary which takes place from Wednesday, August 27th 2014, through to Thursday, September 4, 2014, is the 1st Meeting of the 3rd Session of the 3rd Assembly.  President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete is expected to address a Special Sitting on Wednesday, August 27, 2014.
