East African Legislative Assembly   The East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) resumes business next week holding its Plenary in Kigali, Rwanda. The Plenary which takes place from Monday, October 20th 2014, through to Thursday, October 30th, 2014 is the Second Meeting of the Third Session of the Third Assembly.
