EDITORIAL: Fix health facilities now

>That over 85 per cent of people who pass for midwives in Simiyu Region are unqualified is deeply disturbing. So is the revelation that, Tumbi Hospital in Coast Region,  to which an annual average of 6,000 accident victims are initially admitted, lacks  modern casualty facilities and an intensive care unit (ICU).
