EDITORIAL: Let graduates create jobs not wait for them

 The National Service (JKT) yesterday said it was not obliged to find employment for the youth who pass through its training programmes at the various camps across the country.

Although Tanzania’s economy has been growing at around 7 per cent over the past 10 years, its benefits are yet to trickle down to the majority of people.
