EDITORIAL: Stop pointing fingers at govt over garbage!
>Our most important city is chocked stinking, with garbage strewn everywhere. It is a shame, for we shouldn’t allow it to be that way, given that the Haven of Peace (as Dar es Salaam is affectionately referred to) should personify the United Republic of Tanzania’s goodness! It should be exemplary in all aspects, including tidiness.
