Why I don’t understand doctors

Folks, I can never really understand why doctors do not call things by their names. They fancy using tongue-twisters which require Greek dictionaries to explain commonplace diseases and behaviours. Maybe it is because of an inherent desire bourne by doctors and lawyers to exaggerate their statuses.
