Free education policy okay, but quality counts more
It’s mixed feelings -- but mostly sad. By the time I was penning this piece, the national Standard Four examination results that are crucial in determining which pupils should proceed to Standard Five as well as those at the Form Two level were yet to be published. Yet, almost all schools are already open.
