ICT testing, quality assurance poor

Besides not regularly uploading updated materials, some govt websites have dead links and are not user friendly. The shortage of ICT specialists is not a good enough excuse, considering just how important this whole thing is.

While various efforts have been made to improve quality in the education sector over the past 10 years, tangible results are yet to be realised, though enrolment numbers have notably increased, a new study says.
