Where do Tanzanians access internet services from? This is an important question to ask as Tanzania’s uptake to internet services has kept growing tremendously, now reaching nine million users.

The completion of the National ICT Broadband Backbone (NICTBB) and the booming number of mobile phone users has attracted and increased the number of Internet users in Tanzania to nine million.

Tanzania has about five million internet users, thanks to exponential growth of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) during the past few years.
