JK is wrong in seeking God’s help to rescue Katiba process

Former presidents Benjamin Mkapa and Ali Hassan Mwinyi will be among the eminent persons who will lead a team of 100 delegates to put back on track the stalled Constitution making process, The Citizen has learnt.

If you are neither in Dodoma nor closely following what is transpiring in the designated Capital, you might not have a clue on a trying moment the new constitution writing process is in.
