Mara albino students given skin protection cream

Cameroonian pop singer Dencia has defended her promotion of a skin whitening cream called Whitenicious, which critics have branded an ''abomination'' and ''irresponsible''.

Skin-whitening creams - popular across Africa - are banned in Ivory Coast because of major health concerns, the government says.
