MP hits at Judiciary over case backlog

The High Court in Dar es Salaam is embarking on a fresh move to clear the backlog of drug-related cases that will see each judge assigned to hear at least one case, The Citizen has learnt.

>The High Court of Tanzania will on October 6 start the process to hear all old cases—both civil and criminal—in various areas of the country.
