National dialogue on constitution stalls

Tunisia's National Dialogue Quartet won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday for its contribution to building democracy after the Jasmine Revolution in 2011, the Nobel Committee said.

There is a saying in a form of joke, that Kiswahili language was born in Zanzibar, grew up in Tanzania Mainland; and later on was transferred to Kenya where unfortunately it got sick.
