The National Electoral Commission (NEC) has postponed the Biometric Voters Registration (BVR) exercise, which was set to commence on May 5, this year in Mbeya region until further notice.

Technological advancement is supposed to represent good news by making life easier and happier for mankind. It also promotes efficiency and curbs fraud.
