Over 490 foreign firms for Dar fair

Regional authorities in Geita have urged local and foreign firms to invest in upgrading the status of the municipality in a bid to attract more investments and tourists.

Dar es Salaam. At least 17 Japanese companies will take part in the 39th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (DITF) which starts in the city later this month, as the world’s third largest economy seeks to explore for an increased share of the market for its products in Tanzania.
