Owners ordered to inspect, register sea vessels

 The Surface and Marine Transport Regulatory Authority (Sumatra) has given owners of sea going vessels in Tanga two weeks to send their vessels for inspection and registration with the authority, otherwise they risk high penalties if they are nabbed in an intensive operation to net unlicensed and not sea worthy vessels to be launched after the deadline.
