Rushing omen for bad outcome

It is amazing why the government does not see and acknowledge the plain truth that holding a referendum on April 30 this year by using an updated voter register is not possible. As it stands, all indications clearly show that the National Electoral Commission (NEC) will not be able to register even quarter of potential voters using biometric voter registration (BVR) technology by that date. Yet, the government and NEC are adamant that the referendum will go ahead as planned.
