Sh4bn needed for study on oil pipeline

The East African Community hopes to secure a $1.8 million (about Sh3.9 billion on the prevailing exchange rate) funding from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to finance a feasibility study for the Mbarara-Mwanza-Isaka-Dar es Salaam oil pipeline.
