Tanzanian to head EAC research body

Research institute, Policy Research for Development REPOA has proposed  the next government aim for a minimal eight per cent growth of the country's economy  to meet the vision projected by 2015.

The National Economic Empowerment Council (NEEC) and the Eastern and Southern African Universities Research Programme (ESAURP) yesterday signed a five-year memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will see them cooperating in the promotion of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
