Tanzanians hold $2.8 billion in local commercial banks

>The government has now turned to commercial banks to borrow money for purchasing foodstuffs from farmers, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Cooperatives Sofia Kaduma said yesterday.
