Anyone can be a citizen reporter

Imagine taking a stroll through the busy streets of Dar and seeing a minister involved in a scuffle with city militias, probably for not complying with the law. Your  first instinct would probably be to capture the moment to post and share it on mainstream social media. But wait a minute; how safe will you be after posting it to the public?
