TOL Gases eyes 3 African countries as profit jumps

TOL Gases, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial and medical gases in Tanzania, posted a Sh998 million profit after tax in 2013, being a five per cent increase compared with the previous year’s.

The profit before tax for the Kilimanjaro-based Mwanga Community Bank Limited (MCBL) rose by 197 per cent in 2014 on the back of increased interest income amid tightened spending, the bank has said.
