Ugandan authorities are struggling with the increasing number of people fleeing the continued fighting in South Sudan as Kasim Kayira reports.

More than a million people have been forced out of their homes since the South Sudan conflict began in December, the UN says.

The medical charity MSF says 240 of its staff have been forced to flee into the bush in South Sudan to try to escape fighting.
