Warioba warns CCM, Ukawa on rallies

Justice (rtd) Joseph Warioba has warned the majority in the Constituent Assembly (CA) against bulldozing everybody else in the process of rewriting the Tanzanian Constitution.

Dar es Salaam. Aliyekuwa Mwenyekiti wa Tume ya Mabadiliko ya Katiba, Jaji Joseph Warioba amewashauri wajumbe wa Umoja wa Katiba ya Wananchi (Ukawa) na CCM kuacha kuzunguka mikoani kufanya mikutano inayoeleza misimamo yao kuhusu mchakato wa Katiba Mpya kwa kuwa haina tija kwa taifa.

 The Coalition of Defenders of People’s Constitution (Ukawa) yesterday issued the schedule for their countrywide public rallies aimed at creating awareness on the ongoing Constitution-making process.

>The chairman of the Constitutional Review Commission (CRC), Judge (rtd) Joseph Warioba, has reiterated his call for dialogue between the opposing Katiba camps before the Constituent Assembly reconvenes early next month, warning that the country might slump into a  political crisis should there be no new Constitution.
