THE government has nodded to the proposal by MPs to establish a special fund or an agency that will deal with water supply as a way of increasing efficiency, saying that the bill to that effect would be tabled in the House before the end of next year.

 When asked where his party plans to get funds for  the RWA project, Zitto said, his party once in power, would take one percent of the national Value Added Tax (VAT).
