Will Sitta bring Ukawa back to the Katiba Assembly?

The 30-member consultative  committee  formed last week by chairman of the Constituent Assembly (CA), Mr Samuel Sitta, begins its two-day sitting in Dar es Salaam today in the hope of ending a stalemate in the ongoing constitution writing process.
