EDITORIAL: Rhetoric takes us nowhere

>Reports about the woeful state of Tanzania’s public education system are so frequent that it would be understandable if we chose to ignore any more outpourings. If anything, millions of our compatriots would rather embrace a positive change by way of good news focused on solutions--even partial ones, for a start--to problems such as the  shortage of teachers,  books, desks and toilets.
