EDITORIAL: Investing in sports will improve our fortunes

There is a need for Tanzania to cultivate a culture of unearthing and grooming young talents if it is to restore its lost glory in high-profile competitions, says Kenyan athletics legend Kipchoge Keino.

Despite improved health services in the country, both child and maternal mortality is still high. One reason for this is lack of access to good health services or lack of requisite medical equipment and medicine, but another reason is poverty.
