April 5 this year was Easter Sunday in Christendom. In that regard, many followers of the Christian faith celebrated the resurrection of Jesus Christ on the third day after He was crucified at Calvary, a hill near Jerusalem, the previous Friday - and a little more than 2000 years ago!

Viongozi Kaskazini mwa Kenya wamesema kuwa wapiganaji wa kundi la kigaidi kutoka Somalia la Al Shaabab waliuvamia msikiti mmoja katika kaunti ya Garissa kwa masaa kadhaa.
Wapiganaji hao waliwahutubia waumini waliokuwa msikitini kwa karibu saa mbili kabla ya kutokomea mwituni.
