The acquittal by the Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court of Mwananchi Communications Limited Business Development Manager Theophil Makunga, former Tanzania Daima Managing Editor Absalom Kibanda and former Chadema chairman for Arusha Samson Mwigamba is a clear indicator that any assumed wrongs by media can be sorted out – as other conflicts should – before the court.
