Mwapachu appointed Airtel board chairman

>Former East African Community secretary-general Juma Mwapachu is the new board chairman of Airtel Tanzania, Bharti Airtel announced in a statement yesterday. Mr Christian de Faria, Airtel Africa’s chief executive officer was also the chairman of Airtel Tanzania before Mr Mwapachu’s appointment.
