Eneo hilo la Tengeru ambalo zamani lilikuwa likimilikiwa na Hortculture Tanzania Ltd linatazamiwa kujengwa mji wa kisasa utakaojulikana kama Satelite City.
Mkurugenzi wa shirika la nyumba la taifa NHC Nehemea Mchechu aliwaambia wajumbe wa kamati ya ardhi ,amaliasili na mazingira kuwa tayari NHC imenunua ekari 600 ambazo zimegharimu kiasi cha shilingi za kitanzania bilioni 5.
Nyumba 300 zinatarajiwa kujengwa katika awamu ya kwanza ya mradi huo...

Arusha to get 2 new towns: NHC

>The National Housing Corporation (NHC) plans to construct two satellite towns on the outskirts of Arusha, the Regional Consultative Committee (RCC) meeting was told here on Wednesday.
