MORE than one million people have been registered in the Biometric Voter Registration in Dodoma Region. The region's election coordinator Mr Paul Ngussa said that 1,053,136 (102.72 per cent) have been registered compared to the target of 1,025,084.

The National Electoral Commission's (NEC), has announced that 30 regions in the country command more than half of all registered voters.
