CHAMA Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) has announced special seats nominees comprising mostly new faces with familiar names such as Shyrose Bhanji, Alshaymar Kweigir and Margret Mkanga being sidelined in an election conducted on Thursday in Dodoma.

Sacked Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi has accepted to take leave of the office of the NRM secretary general following a two day meeting by members of the NRM Central Executive Committee (CEC) at state house Nakasero.

Tume ya Taifa ya Uchaguzi NEC imetangaza rasmi kufanyika kwa uchaguzi mdogo wa Wabunge na madiwani Novemba 22 mwaka huu, katika Majimbo ambayo hayakufanya uchaguzi Oktoba 25 kutokana na vifo vya wagombea  katika majimbo mawili na kata sita.

Kwa mujibu wa Tume ya Taifa ya Uchaguzi , jimbo la Ulanga Mashariki Mkoani Morogoro na  Lushoto Mkoani Tanga hayakuchagua wabunge, huku Kata sita  zikishindwa kuchagua Madiwani.
